Cape Town

BEAU CONSTANTIA

DE GRENDEL WINE ESTATE AND RESTAURANT

Views, vineyards and vino – welcome to a state-of-the-art winery just outside the heart of Cape Town. If you are venturing to De Grendel on a clear day, you can see views stretching from Table Bay to False Bay, and sometimes even on to Cape Point.

Stellenbosch

DORNIER WINE ESTATE

Dornier Wine Estate, is found on the foothills of the Stellenbosch Mountains nestled between the vineyards and forests, this is an idyllic wine farm outside the city. Dornier, is renowned for the ancient decomposed granite soils found on cool, south facing slopes which led to the production of elegant wines of complex structure. Vergelegen is a world-class wine estate in the Helderberg region that dates back to 1700. With its renowned handcrafted wines, its history spanning over 300 years, heritage, vast gardens and refined cuisine, this is the ideal location for a multi-sensory experience.

Vergelegen is ideal for casual family lunches, dinners with business associates as well as special occasions.

LOURENSFORD

Lourensford Estate has a long-standing history as a world-class fruit farm, with the vineyards cultivating wine-producing grapes since Dr Christo Wiese purchased Lourensford in 1998.

Lourensford, nestled under the Helderberg mountains, is home to some of the country’s most distinguished flavour combinations.

Set in a magnificent location stretching across 4000 hectares the farm is home to a flourishing network of fauna and flora. It’s natural settings, makes it the perfect place for the Lourensford market over the weekend as well as a relaxing spot for a glass of wine beneath the trees.

TOKARA

TOKARA is the living embodiment of good wine, good food and good art, creating an enjoyable lifestyle through their combination. Within the walls of this beautiful wine farm, Marco Cianfanelli has installed a private commission of artworks, The Mind’s Vine, which reflects TOKARA’s winemaking origin. Tokara Restaurant is located 400 meters above sea level, on top of the Helshoogte Pass, just outside Stellenbosch.

Through its award-winning wines, its contemporary cuisines and immersive views of False Bay and Stellenbosch, it crafts an unforgettable dining experience.

The restaurant was established in 2001, as a trailblazer for iconic winery restaurants in the Cape Winelands. The building is a Cape architectural icon, which carefully combines glass, steel and stone, setting a sophisticated ambience to your visit.

A prominent feature within the restaurant is five large-scale tapestries by internationally renowned artist William Kentridge. No other venue in the world has as many of these works from Kentridge’s “Porter Series” on display to the public.

DELAIRE GRAFF ESTATE

L’Ormarins – Anthonij Rupert Wyne 

L’Ormarins is the primary estate within the Anthonij Rupert Wine portfolio and is located in the Franschhoek area. By appointment, you can visit the Terra del Capo Tasting Room, which is situated at the entrance of the beautiful property. The tasting room draws from Italian design inspiration and showcases the Terra del Capo range.

Wine tasting takes place in a relaxed environment with panoramic views of the surrounding valley. Visitors have a birds-eye-view of the cellar through a glass wall which highlights the world-class facilities houses here. Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate
