The Winter Symphony Concert Series in the Cape Town City Hall features pianist Mike Wang on 15 June, and pianist Dmitry Shishkin on 22 June.
Carmina Burana by Carl Orff is performed by the Philharmonia Choir of Cape Town, in the City Hall, on 9 and 10 June.
Hermanus FynArts Festival concerts include an Opening Concert performed on violin and cello and conducted by Richard Cock on 9 June; a performance by the Mzansi Tenors on 10 June; a violin concert by the Salt & Pepper duo 0n 11 June; Cello and Piano Sonatas on 12 June; an Organ Recital on 14 June; Phenomenal Women composers’ works performed by women on 14 June; Charl du Plessis Trio combining classical music and jazz on 16 June; On My Steinway piano performance by Charl du Plessis on 17 June; opera excerpts by Violina Anguelov on 17 June; and the UCT Wind Ensemble on 18 June.
